Simple ceremonies
Looking for a less expensive Alaska destination wedding that won’t take up a lot of time? We offer these two options that are perfect for couples seeking to elope in Alaska:
On the Dock – This has to be as simple as it gets, a wedding officiant will greet you outside your ship and perform a legal but modest wedding ceremony, right next to your ship. 2024 Price is $450 (plus city sales tax & fees)
- Depending on where you ship is docked or if you are willing to walk, there are couple of nice locations on/next to the cruise ship dock for a ceremony.
- You will be responsible for obtaining the marriage license prior to the ceremony, the wedding officiant will file the paperwork after the ceremony.
- An additional $50 if a witness is needed.
Up the Mountain – This will be just about as easy as it gets, along with a Tram ride and a wonderful view. Please note, proper footwear and outdoor clothes are recommended as this is an outdoor location. 2024 Package price is $975 (plus city sales tax & fees) and includes:
- A wedding officiant (who perform a legal but modest wedding ceremony on top of Mount Roberts) who will greet you at the Mount Robert’s Tram departure building at a time of your choosing.
- Trams tickets for the bride, groom, wedding officiant, and a guest or witness. The tickets are good all day.
- A complementary bottle of Korbel champagne
- You will be responsible for obtaining the marriage license prior to the ceremony, the wedding officiant will file the paperwork after the ceremony.
- An additional $50 if a witness is needed.
Please note: These two wedding packages are our least expensive due to the minimal amount of time and expense on our part, a savings we pass along to you. Therefore, we won’t amend them as additional services are provided in the other package we offer.
